Every product containing a motor and everything called a device has a full two-year warranty from the date of the purchase invoice.
The warranty covers the motor only.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not defects in use.
If the product belongs to a well-known company and agent that has a branch in the customer's city, maintenance will be done at the product agent's location and not by us.
If the product to be serviced does not have a branch of its agent in the customer's city, then the warranty responsibility falls on us.
The product to be serviced and subject to warranty, and within the warranty period, is received from the customer at the company headquarters in Riyadh, meaning that the customer is responsible for delivering the product to us.
The customer must go to the Manzolin branch in Riyadh, Al-Aziziyah district, to hand over the device covered by the warranty or deliver it to the branch in a way that suits him, and we do not bear any shipping cost in this regard.
Alternatively, the customer can hand over the device to the nearest branch of the device's agent, and the customer service team will present these options to the customer to choose the most suitable one.
